Bookings open at the beginning of each month for the forthcoming 2 months, for example: At the beginning of January, March will open / At the beginning of July, September will open.
Anything over 2 months upon special request. i.e weddings, private hire.
We cannot hold/reserve appointments.
We offer a first come first serve cancellation list which you can be added to if we are unable to offer you an appointment that suits you.
When booking appointments please state everything you wish to have done in advance, we run to a tight schedule so we may not be able to add treatments on to the end of an appointment i.e eyebrow wax/nail art etc.
If it is your first appointment with us we require that you arrive 5 minutes before your treatment start time, this is so you can fill out a client record card and sign to confirm that you have read through our terms and conditions. - See our privacy policy on how we store our clients’ data.
If you are a regular client we ask that you arrive at the time of your appointment.
You are welcome to arrive earlier to your appointment but we may still be with our previous clients or on a break this may mean we may not be able to greet you as we would have liked until the time of your appointment.
If you arrive late for you appointment your treatment time will still end at the scheduled time so the next client is not delayed and the full charge will be applied.
We as therapists always try to run on time but if we do run late for whatever reason we will always endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations where possible.
Please note if under 24 hours’ notice 50% of the total treatment charge may be charged if we are unable to fill the full treatment time.
No shows may be charged the full treatment cost.
Charges are made at the discretion of Blush.
If you have any outstanding charges on your account they will need to be paid before booking next appointment.
Repeat no shows will be required to pay on booking. Continuing to not fulfil appointments will result in no future appointments being able to be made.
A fixed deposit of £10 will be taken for treatments over £35. Deposits will be deducted from the cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment. Deposits can be paid over the phone or via our website when you book online. Deposits are refundable or transferable up to 48 hours before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable within 48 hours of the appointment.
Blush reserves the right to request a deposit in order to secure any appointment. For deposits concerning Private Hire see ‘Private Hire T&C’s’. Any changes to appointments need to be made in accordance to the cancellation policy. Deposits are held at Blush’s discretion.
Please always keep us informed of any changing medical conditions so we can be confident your treatment is still appropriate for you. I.e. Pregnancy, recent changes in medication
A few of our treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours before your treatment. You will be asked at time of booking as to whether you have had a patch test before. Some patch tests must be booked prior to the appointment and completed in the salon, we will always inform you if this is the case.
We also keep a record of patch tests we have completed. This is compulsory to check for any allergies to the treatment we may perform. Failure to have a patch test may result in the treatment not going ahead.
Patch tests are valid for 6 months.
Even if you have had the treatment with us before we may ask you to complete another patch test as we may have been informed of ingredients that have changed or your patch test may have expired.
Disclaimer - A patch test may not always give a true reaction to the product, your patch test may have no reaction but there is still a chance you may react to the full treatment.
Available for use on treatments and retail products. Are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be extended. You are under no obligation to use the full value of your voucher during one treatment. Blush is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen.
We do our best to provide you with places to store your belongings during your treatment please ensure you have all you belongings with you before you leave as we will not be held accountable for any lost items.
We ask that all handheld electronics are on silent for the duration of your treatment for the relaxation of yourself and other clients.
Unfortunately we are not insured to have anyone under the age of 14 in the salon, even if they are just accompanying a client.
We cannot treat anyone under 14.
Ages 14 -16 - we will need parental consent and the consenting adult needs to be present for the duration of the treatment.
Ages 16 -18 we will need written parental consent.
Any products must be paid for in full when purchased or when ordered.
Our prices our subject to change without prior notice but we will always aim to at least give 4 weeks’ notice.
In-store purchase: You have 30 days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will need your proof of purchase.
Online purchase: you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days. Shipping — You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if returning the item to Blush via post. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Services: We do not offer refunds on services after they have taken place.

We will never collect any person information from you that we do not need or retain any data that is no longer necessary for the purposes specified in this notice.

Who is processing my data?

Timely, White Collar Factory, 1 Old Street Yard, London EC1Y 8AF, England, acts as data processor on behalf of Blush and has access to personal information only in cases that customer support or troubleshooting is required by Blush. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and as permitted by applicable data protection laws.
Your personal data is processed to:
• Collect specific personal data (name, address, email, contact number, DOB) that is required to enter into a contract to sell a product or service.
• Engage in communication with you including confirmation and reminders of appointments, and requests to cancel or change bookings.
• Collect Health information to perform the agreed services appropriately, and potentially highlight areas that products and services may cause issues to clients because of their health.
• Ensure a safe service and provide industry standard advice.
• Select relevant offers, promotions and information for you.
• Estimate the number of customers we have.
• Hold personal data that is required by law or to respond to legal process.
• Hold insurance purposes.
• Store customer records.
Your rights as the individual
If your personal data is held by Blush you hold particular rights over it. Where you have provided consent for us to contact you as part of our marketing services, you have the right to modify or withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe option accompanied with all of our direct marketing or by contacting Blush Data Officer.

Special categories of personal data collected
Health questions are asked in many of our consent forms to potentially highlight treatments that may have a negative effect on your health due to medication you are taking or a condition you have. Blush asks for consent prior to gathering and processing this information. At any time after giving consent, you can withdraw your consent, subject to legal, insurance and contractual restrictions (see more on ‘your rights as an individual’). Your privacy is very important to us and we only use this information for determining your suitability for the treatment.
Process of collection
Your personal data is collected when you provide it to us through software, our website, over the phone, in Blush salon, by email, social media, in writing or any other means by which you provide it to us. Information is stored using Timely software platform. Blush gives you access to information about yourself, account and bookings through Timely software, for the limited purpose of viewing and updating that information.
Children’s privacy
Blush does not collect the personal data of children under the age of 16 without parental or guardian consent. If you believe that we hold any information from or about a child under 16, please contact Blush and if we cannot immediately obtain appropriate parental or guardian consent, will remove the personal data from storage.
Data sharing
Your personal data is shared only with Timely representatives in cases that customer support and troubleshooting is required for the salon. Blush do not share your personal information with any third party without your prior consent, other than those already disclosed in this privacy notice or as part of our legal obligations under the relevant data protection laws.
Use of data processors
Data processors are third parties who provide some elements of our business serious for us. Where we use a third party, we have strict agreements in place governing the processing of your personal data, on which no action can be taken without instruction from us. The third parties with whom we work will never share or disclose your personal information and will hold it securely at all times.
How long do we keep your data?
Blush retains your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services as our client. Blush are required under tax laws to keep your personal data for a minimum of 7 years. Health and Safety records will be retained for 10 years and where we have your consent for marketing purposes, we will retain the minimum required data until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information.
The criteria for which we would continue to process your personal information includes:
• Where there is a legal basis, obligations or legitimate interest to continuing processing you personal information.
• Where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Consequences of not providing your personal information to Blush
In the event that you want to purchase a product or service from Blush, certain personal information is required to enter into a contract with you. Blush will not be able to enter into a contract with you to fulfil an attempt to purchase a product or service if you do not provide your personal information. As noted in this privacy statement, we are processing your personal data to comply with legal and statutory obligations and in the performance of a contract. You can always choose not to provide personal information; however, we will be unable to provide certain product, services and treatments in these instances.
Safeguarding your personal data
Appropriate measures are taken to protect your personal data from access from unauthorised persons or inappropriate access, internal or external. Your connection to the Timely system uses a HTTP Secure communication protocol and TLS security. This means all information passed to the Timely system is encrypted during data input and transfer to the cloud. Employees are only assigned specific access rights and can only access the salon software with the PIN number assigned to them by the management of the salon.
Complaints
In the occurrence that you want to make a compliment about how your personal data was gathered, how it is being processed by Blush (or third parties used by Blush) or you are not satisfied about how a complaint has been handled, you retain the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and also Blush Data Protection Officer / GDPR Owner.
